Terms and Refund Policy

1. About these terms

These terms apply to every tool you buy from EdgePip. By sending an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a ready-to-use software tool for MetaTrader 5, delivered as an .ex5 file. The source code is not included. The tools work on MetaTrader 5 only, not on MetaTrader 4.

3. Payment

We accept crypto only: USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) network, sent to the wallet address shown on the tool page. Send the exact price of the tool. If you send a different coin, use a different network, or send to a wrong address, the money can be lost and we cannot get it back. Please check the address and network carefully before you pay.

4. Delivery

After we confirm your payment, we send your file within 2 hours during working hours. Some orders may take longer because of different time zones and countries. To help us confirm quickly, include your transaction ID (TXID) and your payment screenshot with your order. If you have trouble opening or installing your file, contact us and we will help you get it working.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Digital files can be copied as soon as they are delivered, so we cannot take them back. Before you buy, please read the tool description, look at the screenshots, read the FAQ, and test on a demo account before using real money.

6. How you may use the tool

You may use the tool on your own trading accounts, including more than one account. You may not sell, share, upload, copy or give the file to anyone else, and you may not try to change or take apart the tool.

7. Risk and no financial advice

Our tools help you manage positions that you open yourself. They do not open trades, and they are not financial advice or a promise of profit. Trading carries a high risk of loss, and you are responsible for your own trading decisions. For crypto, the Trade Manager has been tested on Bitcoin only.

8. Our responsibility

The tools are provided as they are. Results can differ between brokers, accounts and computers. To the extent the law allows, EdgePip is not responsible for trading losses or other damage caused by using the tools.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
